Akademy 2019 travel support

Hey everyone :)

I hope you are all excited about Akademy in Milano
(https://akademy.kde.org/2019) and have marked your calendars
accordingly for the 7th to 13th of September.

As usual the KDE e.V. is offering support for travel and accommodation
if you need it. There are two rounds this year. To be in the first
round you need to get your request in before the 20th of May. To be in
the second round you need to get your request in before the 1st of
July.
