Closing NEEDSINFO bugs after 30 days

Indeed. There is no such script and there are no plans for such a script.

As mentioned in the other thread: if a bug change/comment was not made
by the janitor account it's not an automated change. A human may still
use boilerplate triage text on multiple bugs mind you :)
