Closing NEEDSINFO bugs after 30 days

It turns out this task was not automated. It does have some Python 
scripting to figure out reports in need of closing:

Pinging reports untouched for a year is automated, though. See the 
bugzillaAutomation, bugzillaChecker and common scripts in 
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/gitweb?p=dev-tools.git;a=tree;f=qa and 
look for "untouched". I hope it helps.
