Goals BoF at Akademy

Hey folks :)

On the Monday of Akademy we'll be doing a BoF for the KDE Goals. It'll
be a retro on what happened so far and input for how we should move
forward.
If you're at Akademy I'd love to see you there. If you're not at
Akademy but have input to share please send it to me so I can take it
into the BoF.
