Akademy info and registration reminder

Akademy is nearly upon us so here is some important information

Akademy is free to attend however you must register. To ensure that you 
can get the free lunch provided at the weekend you need to register by the 
end of Thursday 2nd (day after tomorrow) as we need to confirm the numbers 
then, after that we may not have any meals left:

Food is also provided at the Pre-reg Welcome event and Sunday Social 
event, you are responsible for sorting out your own food other days and if 
you attend the BBQ you need to take your own food. On the Akademy section 
of the wiki there is a page giving some advice on Food and Drink, feel 
free to help others by updating it if you find any good places:

This year on the Tuesday evening we will also be having a social event for 
LGBT & Queer members of our community where we will cook & eat a meal 
together (free):
