I'll discuss this with Boud and Kevin and come up with a workflow that
will work for this along with a decision on which CA we should go
with.

I'm aware that Ralf (Umbrello), Thomas (RKWard), Alexander (Labplot)
and Kare (Kate) have all published Windows installers for their
applications as well.
