KDE GPG Keyserver

Hi Kommunity,

I've just set up a new HKP Keyserver at hkp://hkp.kde.org

After you've signed all your keys at the signfest BoF, you can now upload
your keys to our shiny new server by running:

$> gpg --keyserver hkp://hkp.kde.org --send-keys YOUR_KEY_ID

Receiving keys should also be a matter of adding --keyserver hkp://
hkp.kde.org to your command line.

You can of course add a new line to ~/.gnupg/dirmngr.conf to add this
keyserver to your list of keyservers.
