Travel support for Akademy 2017

Dear contributors,

KDE e.V. offers travel support [1] for community members for whom
travelling to Akademy [2] is financially difficult. If you find
yourself in such a situation, we'd like to encourage you to apply.

There will be three dates on which we evaluate the travel support
requests and approve them: 16th April, 7th May and 4th of June,
remember that the earlier you apply the better.

You do not need to include hosting costs, it will be managed by the
organization.
