Downtime notification: Mason

Hi all,

To allow for our hoster to perform maintenance to their underlying
hosting platform, the server Mason will be unavailable from 21:00 UTC
(17th December) to 05:00 UTC (18th December). To minimize the impact
on services, i've taken Mason out of anongit rotation, the primary
role it usually serves.

While Mason is offline you'll be unable to access either
commits.kde.org or projects.kde.org. As a result kdesrc-build users
may not be able to perform builds if they do not have a unexpired
cached copy of the kde_projects.xml file.

A temporary copy of the file can be downloaded from
https://cgit.kde.org/sysadmin/repo-metadata.git/tree/snapshots/kde_projects.xml
should anyone need it.
