Downtime announcement

Hi all,

To allow for the host server operating system to be upgraded to the
latest version it will be necessary for the containers Silk, Bugs and
Spring to be shutdown for a period of 2 to 3 hours.

This will be taking place in approximately 10 hours time.

A selection of sites hosted by these containers include:
- dot.kde.org
- forum.kde.org
- All Wikis hosted by KDE
- krita.org
- calligra.org
- digikam.org
- skrooge.org
- kdevelop.org
- kmymoney.org
- qtcon.org
- paste.kde.org
- bugs.kde.org
- share.kde.org
- IRC services, including the Bouncer, Commit Announcements and Telegram Relay.
- KDETalk.net Jabber service

As stats.kde.org will also be unreachable as a result of this, page
load times for all Capacity based sites (including www.kde.org) may be
adversely affected as well.
