[kde-community] Wikis uneditable

I think my techbase account still has admin rights.
That is, I can also change the rights of others, and lock down pages etc.
If someone is interested, I can probably give rights to others, too.
Besides that, the people involved at that time were also danimo
and Cornelius, iirc. Probably, some knowhow is also in their heads ;)
