[kde-community] [RFC] Changing our mailing lists to be DMARC compliant

Hi all,
As you may be aware, mail providers globally are slowly beginning to
enforce a new email authentication standard known as DMARC. Please see
https://dmarc.org/overview/ for more information on it.
To ensure people are able to subscribe to, send mail to, and be able
to read all mail they receive from our mailing lists we will need to
make some changes. If we do not act, then legitimate mail may end up
being bounced or placed in the spam folder by providers (which could
also lead to people being removed from mailing lists by Mailman, in
addition to mails being missed)
In short, we will need to cease altering the subject and bodies of
mails. Other than HTML stripping, kde-core-devel is already compliant
in this regard.
Any objections or comments on this?
Cheers,
Ben
