[kde-community] Notice to bouncer users

Hi all,

Depending on how things go this weekend, I aim to reorganize some
services - and perform an upgrade of the systems supporting our IRC
infrastructure.

This will involve downtime for the bouncer, as well as an upgrade of
the ZNC version in question. To avoid loss of buffers, please ensure
you have the Savebuff module enabled for your account.
