Pastebin's aren't intended for those purposes - they're intended to be
for short, quick use items.
Even if we were to provide an image pastebin (which we don't need to
from what I can see) then it would still be for quick use only.

Long term storage should be done via proper uploading to your blog
host (for blog images).
