[kde-community] Forums downtime for reorganization

Hello,

today we will start a forum structure reorganization that will hopefully 
make the hierarchy more logical, and to remove unused and dead forums, 
along with fixing other minor annoyance. When this happens, the forums will 
be closed until the reorganization is complete.

We expect this to occur around 16 UTC. 

How long will this take? It depends on how much manual work is required, 
but hopefully not more than a couple of hours.
