I suggest two names:
* on Plasma: Screenshot
* on non-Plasma: KDE Screenshot

This makes it a nice generic name. Let's face it: nobody would care that it's 
a generic name if Apple or Microsoft called such a tool "Screenshot". The only 
"problem" is that we want to have the app also outside of Plasma and we think 
that it's too generic then. So let's add our "KDE" brand name to it. That's 
quite common: brand + generic name. At least the gnome devs do that quite 
often.
