[kde-community] libringclient: status as KDE project stripped

Hi all,

I regret to inform you that due to violating the Manifesto and being
uncooperative in returning to compliance, libringclient has been
stripped of it's status as a KDE project.

It's repository on git.kde.org has now been removed, and other
elements of infrastructure will be rescinded shortly.
