[kde-community] Last chance; please fill in the GSoC Ideas page - or at least remove outdated entries

The deadline for applying is the 20th; we need a full Ideas page [1]
with mentor names/contact info attached.

If we have a smaller group of mentors and students this year, that's
fine. But we need a page with respectable and reliable information on
it for the application.
