[kde-community] Studies on FLOSS contributor/user personalities?

Hi Celeste,

I remeber a  talk by Thomas Thym for Akademy 2010.
He also wrote a little paper for it. There is one small paragraph about the
"character" of FLOSS contributors.
It cites the work of Krogh, Spaeth and Lakhani. Hope that helps as a
starting point.
