Having watched many Canonical employees interact with people over the last
several months on G+, it is very apparent that this has become part of the
culture there. Either that or they only hire people who view the world in this
manner. Either way, it adds challenge to dealing with Canonical and anyone who
approaches them should bear in mind to be triply clear in what they say and
ensure doubly the other person understands what was said.
