KHotKeys: Plugin metadata missing?

Hi Plasma Devs,

It would seem that KHotkeys now fails to build, due to either:
a) Missing plugin metadata
b) Missing CMake target dependencies between the automoc task and the
task that generates the plugin metadata.

Could someone correct this please?
