substitution for KDE4_ADD_APP_ICON cmake macro

Regarding this thread :

seems there is no replacement for this macro.

kde4_add_app_icon is the last that prevent us from completly dropping
KDELibs4Support from klettres. 

Is there any news on this ? Or should we remove it ?
