This will be available in CMake 3.0.0.  This way, we automatically pick
up any new features from it.

Testing
-------

Built all the frameworks.  If I use the CMake "transitive deps" feature branch (http://cmake.org/gitweb?p=stage/cmake.git;a=commitdiff;h=a6971f651), I properly get the transitive deps omitted from the feature summary.
