Should we clear out cmake/modules in the frameworks branch?

Yes, ugly situation.

No, I wouldn't do that. I want to start with ECM from empty state and add only 
reviewed and cleaned up stuff. Not just install everything, and then work 
throuhg it, breaking peoples stuff while doing this.

I plan to start reviewing the modules this week.
