Yes ... and this i consider the biggest drawback of cmake (no idea if autoconf 
was better btw.). It has no real support for 32/46bit development env in 
parallel. Everything it does around that is half hearted and incosequent.

Gimme some time. I will setup some kind of testing for it to show the problems 
(or the way to make it so it is no problem).
