Should we clear out cmake/modules in the frameworks branch?

Hi,

Any changes to cmake/modules on the frameworks branch files are not going to 
make it into ecm without someone actually doing it.

Should we install everything in attic for now in ecm and rm everything in 
cmake/modules in the frameworks branch?
