FindSoprano.cmake

Howdy,

There are 2 FindSoprano.cmake's.
One in kdelibs/cmake/modules and one in kdesupport/akonadi/cmake/modules.
They are not the same code.

For some reason today, the one in kdelibs doesn't find my Soprano installation
while the one in akonadi does.

Sure, I may have changed something that causes the failure; but, I would at least
except a consistent result.

IOW: this is a call for a volunteer to merge the 2 versions into 1 "correct" version.
Then put a copy of the new  version into both places as well as ECM.
