Hi

So it will always append libswscale to FFMPEG_LIBRARIES even when it's not 
been requested? (same with all other FFMpeg libraries).
For system without --as-needed in link flags, it will generate unnecessary 
link deps for apps not using libswscale at all. It's nothing of critical 
importance though.

mark_as_advanced on libs and headers were removed purposely?
Otherwise looks fine.

If you move it to kdelibs, please remove my 
kdemultimedia/cmake/modules/FindSwscale.cmake, it will be obsoleted by new 
FindFFMpeg.cmake.
