Update FindFFmpeg to find/search for libswscale

I mean, is the patch for FindFFMPEG.cmake in kdelibs/cmake/modules/ or for 
kdesupport/strigi/libstreamanalyzer/cmake/modules/ ?

None of both seems to fit.
