KDE CMake files cannot support mutiple ABI

I have 3 kde4-config,  I have kde4-config, kde4-config-x86 and
kde4-config-amd64.  kde4-config is a symlink to an abi wrapper which
handles which kde4-config-abi is to be used.

kde4-config --path lib
/home/mahoro/.kde4/lib64/:/usr/lib64/

kde4-config-amd64 --path lib
/home/mahoro/.kde4/lib64/:/usr/lib64/

kde4-config-x86 --path lib
/home/mahoro/.kde4/lib32/:/usr/lib32/
