This package can install all macroses to $prefix/some/dir and add this 
directory to CMAKE_MODULE_PATH in KdeSupportExtraCmakeFilesConfig.cmake. 
Then you just find_package(KdeSupportExtraCmakeFiles NO_MODULE).
