building kde-4.4.2 with xorg75 not in /usr//// this seems to work

libXi is somethign from X11, right ?
I think this should go into kdelibs/cmake/modules/FindX11.cmake, not in a 
separate Find-file.

Also pkg-config should not be not necessary.
