FindSharedMimeInfo.cmake doesn't understand spaces in the path

Hi,

as I don't want to break the build on Linux, can somebody look over that
patch, test it and say if it is ok to commit?

There were problems when CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX contains spaces.
