Now libical isn't found at all in my system because /usr/local was
removed from search paths.

In fact I always wondered why I had to add /usr/pkg (used by pkgsrc 
packaging system) to so many places if it's there in system paths in 
UnixPaths.cmake. Why aren't these system paths used?
