Relative paths in StrigiConfig.cmake

Did you check what happens if libs and headers are installed to different 
directories, e.g. /lib and /usr/include ?
Or even more different ?
Not quite sure how much we have to care for this...
But then again, maybe some strange distro does things like this ;-)
