Requiring SDO 0.2

Hi,

SDO is still optional, so I suggest we require version 0.2 of SDO also in 
kdelibs.
It is (currently still) not a hard requirment, so it should be ok.
Especially now that also a new version of polkit is required:

What do you think ? Objections ?

If not, Sebastian, can you please announce on k-c-d that maybe today in a week 
SDO 0.1 will be not be supported anymore, but only >= 0.2 ?
