Phonon backends should be installed in Qt plugins dir path instead of ${LIB_INSTALL_DIR}/kde4/plugins

Let me explain:

Unless the user says otherwise in the cmake command line (e.g. -
DPHONON_BACKEND_DIR=...), the installation should never touch any path 
outside of ${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}.
