Remove FindBoost.cmake from kdelibs

I knew the initial version, there's been quite some changes to it in
CMake :)

I'll fetch the 2.6.2 version and compare it to our as well as to the
2.6.3/2.6.4 to check which changes have been done.

Hmm, I probably don't have the time to go through the new features of
2.6.4 and check wether FindBoost uses any of that, so I'll just check
wether it can be removed and if so remove it.
