It just hit experimental for Debian today.

You are not likely to see it in unstable or testing anytime soon until after 
the freeze for lenny.

CMake 2.6.2 is not available officially for Debian or Ubuntu, only 2.6.0 is.

For Ubuntu, CMake 2.6.2 is available from my PPA:
http://launchpad.net/~pgquiles/+archive
(100% unofficial and unsupported :-)
