Time for proper RPATH support in kdesupport?

The rest of KDE is already Ok (has been for well over a year). Can we get
the same level of RPATH support in kdesupport too?

 $ ldd `which akonadi_control` | grep not\ found
        libakonadiprotocolinternals.so.1 => not found

$ ls $KDEDIR/lib/libakonadiprotocolinternals.so*
/home/thiago/KDE4/lib/libakonadiprotocolinternals.so@
/home/thiago/KDE4/lib/libakonadiprotocolinternals.so.1@
/home/thiago/KDE4/lib/libakonadiprotocolinternals.so.1.0.80*

$ objdump -p `which akonadi_control` | grep PATH
  RPATH                /home/tmacieir/obj/troll/qt-4.4/lib
  RUNPATH              /home/tmacieir/obj/troll/qt-4.4/lib

However, proper KDE programs have:
$ objdump -p `which konqueror` | grep PATH
  RPATH
/home/tmacieir/KDE4/lib:/home/tmacieir/KDE4/lib:/home/tmacieir/obj/troll/qt-4.4/lib
  RUNPATH
/home/tmacieir/KDE4/lib:/home/tmacieir/KDE4/lib:/home/tmacieir/obj/troll/qt-4.4/lib

This is also the reason why Jabber doesn't work in my system (QCA can't be
loaded).
