moving automoc to kdesupport

svn cp sure exists. svn mv is just svn cp + svn rm

"automoc4" sounds good. I don't think we need the KDE or Qt prefix.

How about the last patch I posted? AFAICT the cost of running automoc 
unconditionally (if it doesn't touch anything unnecessarily) isn't very high. 
Anybody else tried the patch?
