QtUiTools on win32 (again)

Hi,

During the last posts about updating qt-copy to Qt4.3 I came back to the 
QtUiTools problem on win32.
We had no answer from the trolls if QtUiTools can't become a shared lib 
in Qt4.3. I just found a bugtracker entry:

I also asked on qt-interest, but no answer so far. :(
