Need Help with New Targets

The "install-foo" targets are no good idea. It would mean messing around with
the install command.
I think "make install" in <module>/doc/ is good enough.
Should the docs also be generated in every regular build ?
If not, this could also be done with a simple option() around the doc/
directory which is disabled by default.
