Qt static libraries - pkgconfig again

That's true for KDE 4, but FindQt4.cmake is used by other projects than 
KDE too.

Treat this as a more general problem. Forget "QtUiTools" and "QtScript". 
The problem is simple: we need to know every static library's 
dependencies to be able to use it.
