Qt static libraries - pkgconfig again

That sounds like a workaround instead of a solution.

What happens if Trolltech decides that QtUiTools linking to QtScript is 
optional? What happens for other static libraries out there, for other 
projects?

Are we going to special-case all possibilities of static libraries, in all 
systems, with their dependencies?
