cmake error message (Re: cmake and QT_QTOPENGL_LIBRARY)

This is yet another example of someone who understood the above cmake error
as "you must set this environment variable".

I think the cmake error should be changed to say something like
"please ensure that the CMakeLists set or test the following variables"
