Can't compile kdelibs4_snapshot (presumably a CMake problem)

Hi guys,
I've had this problem for about 2-3 weeks, and I still can't find a solution.
These are the steps i go through trying to compile kdelibs4_snapshot. I'm 
currently using cmake 2.4.2, since 2.4.1 gave me the same error thus I 
upgraded, hoping to solve it:
