CMake library for development tools

Hi,

A while back Matt Rogers asked about separating the cmake language parser into 
a modular form and exporting an api that can be used for development tools 
such as kdevelop, and got a favourable response.

Now that some parts of kde has switched to the point of removing automake 
files, I'm very keen to start using this in kdevelop.

1) Has there been any progress?

2) What can we do to help this along?
