nightly and continuous build setups

FYI, I've got a nightly set up for Mac OS X on intel, it's doing a
test run right now, and will run at 4:15 in the morning like the dash
tests once I'm sure it works.

It won't get very far right now, because of the mount statfs issue,
but hey, at least I'll have it all set up.  :)
