qmake-qt4 vs. qmake vs. qmake-qt3

Maybe Thiago is right and setting PKG_CONFIG_PATH might be easier after all :-)
I wonder if debian's early qt4 packages including the right pkgconfig stuff (for both
qt3 and qt4?).
